The WIP Lead must document risks, if any observed during the assessment and highlight to the relevant stakeholders.
The WIP Lead must work closely with the Service Delivery Processes and the Service Engagement Initiation streams before
agreeing with the Client, incumbent (if appropriate) and other relevant service providers, what of the agreed
actions should be taken if any of the assessments has identified a variance to the agreed project implementation plan
or in scope list.
The WIP Lead must liaise with the Service Engagement Staff Lead to ensure that the right resources should be available
at the right time to take on the projects that Capgemini should be delivering or contributing to.
